1. Shipping Partners

We have partnered with Shiprocket for shipping and logistics. Shiprocket enables us to deliver orders through multiple trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, Xpressbees, DTDC, and others, depending on your PIN code.

2. Serviceable Locations

  • We currently ship across most PIN codes in India covered by Shiprocket.

  • If your location is not serviceable, our system will notify you at checkout.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days of successful payment.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

4. Delivery Timelines

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Remote or non-metro areas may take longer.

  • Delivery delays due to courier network, weather, or unforeseen events are beyond our control, but we will help you track and resolve issues promptly.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping Charges apply as shown at checkout.

  • Free shipping may be offered during promotions or above a certain order value (if applicable, it will be clearly mentioned on the website).

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) may attract an additional handling fee, which will be displayed before confirming your order.

6. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS/WhatsApp.

  • You can track your shipment in real-time on our website or directly through Shiprocket’s courier tracking page.

7. Failed Delivery & RTO (Return to Origin)

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, the shipment may be returned to us (RTO).

  • In such cases, we can re-ship the order after collecting re-shipping charges. Refunds (if applicable) will be made after deducting shipping and RTO costs.

8. Damaged or Tampered Deliveries

  • Please do not accept delivery if the package is open, tampered, or damaged.

  • Report such cases to us within 48 hours with photos/videos at adsdeepvida@gmail.com or +91 90737 03771.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.

9. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be placed for delivery within India.
