📜 Return & Refund Policy – Deep Vida

1. General Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for unused, unopened, and sealed products.

  • For food products (jams, squashes, candies, ghee, etc.), returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, expired, or tampered at the time of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with invoice/order details.

  • Products opened, consumed, or used are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products purchased under discounts/offers are not returnable unless damaged on delivery.

  • Gift cards, promotional items, and free samples cannot be returned.

4. Return Process

  1. Email us at adsdeepvida@gmail.com or call +91 90737 03771 within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide order number, reason for return, and supporting photos/videos of the product/package.

  3. Our team will review your request and arrange for pickup (where available) or guide you on how to send the product back.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will confirm approval or rejection of your return.

5. Refunds

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • For COD orders, refund will be made via bank transfer/UPI.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged/expired product).

6. Replacements

If you prefer, instead of a refund, we can send a replacement product (subject to availability).

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.

  • Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled but will fall under the return process above.
